These terms apply when you use FoneVibe. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

FoneVibe offers free tools to make ringtones and other sounds for your phone. The tools run in your browser; your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. See the privacy policy.

Your audio, your responsibility

Only use files you have the right to use: your own recordings, music you created, or content you have permission to copy and edit for personal use. Each time you use a file with FoneVibe, you confirm that you have those rights.

You agree not to use FoneVibe to:

• copy, distribute or sell content in breach of copyright or other rights;
• create content that is illegal, harassing or harmful;
• interfere with the site, for example by overloading it or bypassing its limits.

FoneVibe doesn't host, store or distribute your files, and doesn't provide copyrighted music.

Our content

The FoneVibe name, logo, site design and written guides belong to FoneVibe. You may link to and share our pages, but please don't copy them wholesale.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Phone menus and operating systems change, so guide steps may not match every device. We do our best to keep FoneVibe accurate and working but can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FoneVibe is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data. Keep your own copies of files you care about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use FoneVibe after a change means you accept the new terms.
